Job Description

* Support our School, Residential and Education Teams *

LifeScape is looking for someone who is a great team player; but can also effectively work independently across multiple programs at our Children’s facility.

Do you have strong communication, computer skills and organizational abilities?

Are you able to multi-task, keep to timelines, yet be flexible and prepared to support teams from the School, Residential and Behavioral programs?

This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining effective systems, coordinating and reporting data, coordinating training and compliancy, and overseeing a wide range of special projects.

Here are some key administrative and logistical needs of our Children Services:

• Manages department related projects
• Coordinates the budget Process and Reporting
• Coordinates tracking and trending through data analysis
• Maintains databases and reporting required by the department
• Assists in development and monitoring of reporting systems
• Performs special reviews/projects as directed
• Provides specific trainings as needed & manages training database
• Coordinates project development/implementation as deemed necessary
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of direct supervisor

Job Requirements

High School diploma or GED is required. Three to five years’ experience working with children with disabilities or a healthcare related field required.
