The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financials records and supporting the overall financial health of SDN by performing the following duties:
- Process invoices for approval and general ledger coding.
- Verify and match invoices to receiving documents.
- Post invoices in the Accounting system.
- Generate vendor payments – ACH, checks or credit card.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and address vendor inquiries.
- Review monthly expense accounts for completeness.
- Back-up warehouse technician as needed.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of Microsoft products and various software.
Education and/or Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
