SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Administrative Support position requires organizational, clerical, and people skills. Be a liaison of communication between internal and external parties through greeting clients, answering phone calls, and solving routine concerns and/or needs. Assist with new hire paperwork, background checks, fingerprints, and communicate general and critically time sensitive information to clients and staff. Responsible for maintaining client files and program records with high regard for accuracy and attention to detail while upholding confidentiality. Provide support to other departments, anticipate the needs of staff, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience preferred, varies from a minimum of one to two years to more according to the complexity of tasks. Highly proficient with computers and programs. Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
