Here's what you’ll get to do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverages.
- Interact with customers and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Manage and lead a team to maintain high production, productivity, and quality standards.
- Create a positive and exciting workplace culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage budgets for the restaurant.
- Handle payroll and finance reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Coordinate promotions, events, and special offers.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

- Competitive compensation of $50,000 - $55,000, based on experience.
