HOURS: Full-time, primarily Monday through Friday day hours – may include weekends and evenings as needed. On-call required.

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: A qualified applicant will assist in developing and maintaining the overall programs to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for youth ages 10-17 in the New Beginnings Center Program. This role will provide direct supervision, ongoing evaluation, and training to staff. As well as, recruiting, hiring, initial orientation/training, and scheduling for staffing. Must possess proven leadership and communication skills and have strong organizational skills. Applicant must be a critical thinker, be able to think independently and problem-solve day-to-day situations. Must be able to perform all duties as listed in the Associate Director Job description and task list.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree and two (2) year’s experience in a related field and supervision in a clinical environment; or a Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) year’s experience in a related field and supervision, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be 21 years of age. Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
