Join our team as a Casino Attendant and be part of Brookings largest casino. As a Casino Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive gaming experience for our guests. We are a busy local casino offering the newest lottery machines in the state with top Jackpots.
We offer competitive pay plus tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company. We are looking for someone to work part-time weekends. Saturdays 5:45pm to 2:00am and Sundays 3:45pm to 10:00pm. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Operate cash drawer and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area
- Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages - Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age and casino gaming
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience is a must
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail/bartending or customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ticket calculations
- Proficient in operating a cash register and 10-key typing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
