THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Work with 4 person executive team, 10 Direct Reports.
- Responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and guidance to ensure the overall success and growth of the company.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive business.
- Work closely with the executive team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
