Our Front of House manager should demonstrate the following:

- Fill in for staff as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure your staff, including all new hires, are trained to the highest standard
- Empower and encourage staff to deliver excellent customer service by rewarding responsive guest assistance
- Model the best standards of service to your staff by assisting guests, making coffee beverages, and helping to create coffee menu.
- This position requires weekends and most nights and previous experience of management/leadership.
