Expected Rate of pay: $16-$18 /hour; depending on your experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train, supervise, and motivate front of house staff to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for front of house operations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow of service
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
