BluArc Steel and Precast is a commercial steel and precast erection contractor located in Sioux Falls, SD. BluArc Steel and Precast is hiring reliable full-time Iron Workers with experience in structural steel erection, to join our team! You expertise will help our growing company continue to deliver the quality work that is changing the landscape of our community and region. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following the proper industry procedures and wearing appropriate protective equipment when necessary.
Hours - Starting at $20 - $23 per hour, based on experience.
Hours - A typical work day is Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines - overtime may be required as needed.

Requirements:
- Experience is preferred, but not required - willing to train the right candidate.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be available for some travel outside of Sioux Falls (about 30%).
- Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
