Job Description
G & M Services, LLC performs asbestos, lead, and mold remediation for commercial and residential properties in accordance to all federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. We provide services in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. No experience is necessary. We offer competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, per diem, PTO after 6 months of employment, health insurance reimbursement, and retirement, and we will pay for all associated costs on licensing.
We are looking for candidates to fill our need for our asbestos abatement technicians. All candidates must be able to perform the following job responsibilities:
- Completes work that is within project scope-of-work, maintaining strict compliance with contract documents, project schedules, and safety guidelines.
- Work safely during all phases of performing the job duties required in the field.
- Ability to perform work inside areas of varying dimensions, involving squatting, and crawling for possible extended periods.
- Able to travel when required
- Ability to understand and comply with company safety standards.
- Due to the diversity of both scheduled and non-scheduled projects, physical demands, and environmental conditions vary significantly depending on the project.
- May be exposed to varying levels of physical activities and physical extremes such as long periods of standing, walking, crouching, use of hands, heights higher than 10 ft., hot or cold conditions, and heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds or more while working in varying dimensions.
