Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Streaming Sales Ambassador to join our innovative e-commerce team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in front of the camera and has a passion for driving sales through engaging and interactive live digital content. As a Live Streaming Sales Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, showcasing our products, engaging with our online audience in real-time, and driving sales through live streaming platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Host live streaming sessions on various platforms (such as Facebook Live, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) to showcase products, demonstrate features, and highlight promotions.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations during live sessions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan and execute compelling live streaming content that aligns with promotional calendars and product launches.
  • Analyze performance metrics of live streaming sessions to understand viewer engagement, preferences, and buying behavior, using insights to improve future sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in live streaming, social media, and e-commerce to continuously innovate and improve the live shopping experience.
  • Manage the technical setup for live streaming, ensuring high-quality video and audio production.
  • Coordinate with customer service to provide after-sales support and address any inquiries or issues raised during live sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Charismatic and comfortable on camera, with the ability to engage and entertain an audience while effectively promoting products.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate product benefits and close sales in real-time.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with proficiency in engaging with an online audience through interactive dialogue.
  • Familiarity with social media and live streaming platforms, as well as the technical aspects of live broadcasting.
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle live, unscripted interactions with professionalism and poise.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams. 

Availability:

  • Part-time afternoon and evening availability
