Lumberyard Associate (Part-Time)

This position involves various tasks relating to lumber and plywood products and delivery.

Primary Function/Tasks:

• Seeking a detail-oriented individual who can organize tickets and materials for delivery.
• This person will stage job packs, count and restock returns, and load/unload trucks and/or trailers.
• Assist in routine cleanups of the facility to help maintain a safe work environment. 
• Perform routine cycle counts to ensure materials are in stock and ready to ship.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work at a steady pace and able to run a forklift and telehandler. 
• Most loading/unloading is done with a forklift. However, some lifting may be necessary.
• Prior experience operating a forklift and familiarity with building materials and construction are suggested but not required.
