Maintenance / Grounds Assistant

Job Description

This position would be assisting our Maintenance team as needed.  Would be full time, possible on call weekends.

Job Description:

Assist in maintaining the hotel, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, elecrical wiring and other related maintenance activites, using hand tools, replace air-conditioner filters
Assist in keeping the ground around the hotel clean and up kept.
Notify the Head Maintenance Person concerning any need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment.
Respond to guest requests for service according to company policy.
Assist with the property Preventative Maintenance schedule.
Learn the emergency procedures of the hotel from Head Maintenance.
Report to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
Know and comply with all company policies and procuders pertaining to position and it duties
Perform other related duties as required.
