Windom Area Health (WAH) is an 18-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Windom, MN. The hospital serves Windom, Mt. Lake and the surrounding areas. Windom Area Health provides specialty outreach services on a regular basis including cardiology, hematology/oncology, podiatry, general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pulmonology, urology and occupational/speech/physical therapies. Emergency room, laboratory and imaging services are also available 24 hours a day. Our mission is “Dedicated to Health”, which directs our decision making and services on a daily basis. We have a management agreement with Sanford Health and are owned by the City of Windom.
Pay Range: $28.69 - $40.34 per hour
Full Time: Occasional on-call shifts and rotating weekends/holidays

$5,000 sign on bonus, paid over 2 years.
Windom Area Health is currently seeking a .9 FTE Medical Lab Technician/Technologist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing superior patient care by collecting and processing samples, performing analytical testing, and supporting quality assurance efforts in the lab. MLT/MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification is required; previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred. Must have ability to demonstrate self-discipline, good judgement, and work with considerable independence. Schedule will include taking call shifts and working rotating weekends/holidays.
