Job Description
Small manufacturing company is currently looking for a full time Office Assistant in the area of customer service. Some job duties will consist of: answering phone and e-mails, taking customer orders, shipping logistics, paper work and light office duties.
Full/part time hours between 8am - 5pm with flexibility. Competitive starting pay with possibility of increase depending on experience. Retention bonuses as applicable.

REQUIREMENTS
- Keep track of orders and back orders and process for shipping
- Be able to handle difficult customers with patience and courtesy.
- Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Quickbooks
- Must be able to use and have experience working on Macbook
- Knowledge and love of pets and the outdoors is a bonus
