Part-Time Dental Assistant

$20.00 - $21.82 hourly

The City of Sioux Falls Health Department is accepting applications for a Part-time Dental Assistant position. This is a non-benefitted position. Duties include assisting the Dentists and hygienists in providing dental care and treatment of patients. Perform duties in the fields of chair-side assisting, reception, infection control, inventory, and records. This year round part-time position will work approximately 24-28 hours per week.

Qualifications and Skills:
•Qualified candidates should have relevant education.
• Must hold a South Dakota license to practice as a Registered Dental Assistant.
•Applicants should be able to adapt to a very busy clinic setting.
•Experience in the Dental Field is desirable.
