The Parks Operations team hires many positions in Park Maintenance. These positions play an important role in maintaining and supporting the upkeep of parks within Sioux Falls.
• Park maintenance
• Pool maintenance
• Athletic field maintenance
• Mowing – Blvd/ROW/Parks
• Right of Way/Blvd Crew Leaders – requires SD Applicator license within first 30 days.
• Night Duty Supervisor
Desired applicants must be 18 years of age and older, and able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. Positions available include seasonal 40 hours per week for up to 180 consecutive days, or up to 28 hours per week with year-round potential. Typical employment season: April to October or mid-May to mid-August.
