Coordinate daily office presence for sales activities and team collaboration.

Actively engage in lead generation with the canvassing team at least twice weekly.

Participate in regular one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions with managers.

Submit a minimum of one repair/replacement project per week with all necessary documentation.

Attend River City-provided trainings for skill and knowledge enhancement. Qualified Candidates:

Conduct thorough inspections, provide photo reports, and prepare accurate estimates.

Obtain signed contracts from property owners and secure approval for scope and cost of work, including insurance claims.

Collect necessary payments (front-end checks or ACV insurance checks) and submit required documentation.

Oversee job completion, collect final payments, and maintain comprehensive job files.
