ELO CPA’s & Advisors is seeking a Senior CAS Associate to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in providing top-notch financial services to our clients across various industries. What you will do:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for clients
• Perform detailed tie-out procedures to ensure the accuracy of balance sheet accounts.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) by demonstrating advanced proficiency in navigating the platform, and showcasing your expertise in providing support and guidance to clients.
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Exhibit experience in at least two of the following industries: agribusiness, nonprofits, manufacturing, e-commerce, restaurants, and/or professional services.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss financial performance, offer strategic advice, and address any accounting-related inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients' needs are met and expectations exceeded.
What will get you noticed:
• Prior experience in client accounting services or similar role with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work history. Previous employment in an accounting firm is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in QBO with a QBO Pro-Advisor certification a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proficient in technology and computerized accounting, communication, and data systems
• Experience with Jirav is a plus.
