HOURS: Part-time, 25 hours per week.

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: Outreach and continuous contact and dialogue with community stakeholders. Program coordination and some program development. Collaboration with coworkers, community organizations, and community members. Help to identify unmet needs in the community. Support the MCC membership program. Be present at membership youth programming. Facilitate some meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, plus one to two years experience in related human service field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends. Willingness to complete professional development courses.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status. Bilingualism a plus.
