This position is responsible for providing world-class customer service, resolving customer inquiries and providing necessary information.

  1. Manage the specific needs of internal and external customers, including complex.

  2. Conduct research to provide proper answers to customers, including some outbound calls.

  3. Document conversations accurately and completely

  4. Maintain content expert knowledge of processes and products, in order to deliver accurate results and explanations

  5. Maintain a good relationship with current and prospective customers

  6. Other duties as assigned.


  1. Schedule: flexible schedule between 6 AM to 9 PM, M-F

  2. Compensation: $15+ per hr, DOE

  3. Benefits: Yes

1.EXPERIENCE: 3+ years prior customer service experience preferred.
2.EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED required, college or trade school preferred
3.SKILLS: Analytical, problem solving, organization and effective written and verbal communication skills
4.ATTRIBUTES: Self-sufficient and attention to detail
5.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to meet physical demands of office position
6.TESTS: Skills, background and drug (at time of interview)
