We take pride in treating both our customers and employees like family. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced A-Level / Master Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance across a wide range of vehicle makes and models. Key Responsibilities • Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, electrical, drivability, and HVAC systems • Complete complex repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, and powertrain work • Accurately identify vehicle issues using scan tools and hands-on testing • Build accurate parts and labor estimates for recommended repairs • Provide clear recommendations and repair solutions to service advisors • Maintain high-quality workmanship and meet productivity goals • Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair procedures • Support and mentor junior technicians when needed Qualifications • A-Level or Master Technician experience required • ASE Certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain) • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Professional attitude and team-first mindset What We Offer • 5-Day Work Week (No Weekends) • 8 Paid Holidays • Competitive pay based on experience • Stable employment with a family-owned shop culture • Clean, well-equipped work environment • Opportunities for continued training and advancement How to Apply Send your resume to: justin@jmautoservicesf.com josh@jmautoservicesf.com
