Must work every 4th Weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

1. Purpose:

   1. To act as a communication link within the Agency and between the Agency and external constituents through verbal and written communications, reports and related correspondence.
   2. Perform daily tasks which make provisions for meeting basic personal needs, clothing and opportunities for artistic expression for residents in treatment.
   3. Assist in supporting the administrative operations of the Agency.

2. Qualifications:

   1. Associate’s Degree or Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting field.
   2. Ability to confer and relate constructively with a range of individuals.
   3. Conscientious and has the ability to manage multiple task.

   4. Demonstrated skill in data entry, word processing and typing with attention to detail. Skilled and knowledgeable in grammar, spelling, & punctuation.

3. Responsible To: Office Manager

4. Principal Accountabilities:

   1. Serve as receptionist to clients and others coming to the Agency, and receives calls and directs them to the appropriate person.
   2. Assist the Office Manager with providing reports, accounts payable, and documentation of other financial transactions of the Agency.
   3. Assist applicants for Agency employment and applications/referrals for admission to services with routine matters such as filling out appropriate forms, applications, directing them to the appropriate person in the Agency, etc.
   4. Data entry, filing, and assist with electronic client database management.
   5. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
