We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can effectively manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients and forging partnerships with new clients to drive revenue growth. This involves understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Understand client needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Account Growth and Development:
    • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue.
    • Develop strategic plans to achieve client goals and expand business.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding of new customers and future delivery of services and solutions.
    • Monitor project progress and manage client expectations.
    • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide regular updates.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Compliance:
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities and client interactions

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, Certified Account Manager) are a plus.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related field required.
  • Must be available to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts successfully required.
  • Experience in firearms, hunting/shooting, or outdoor retail industries is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $95k-$135k DOE. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
