As an Account Manager, you’ll help build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll gather feedback, coordinate follow-up, support client communication and education, and work across teams to help improve service delivery and client retention.

What We’re Looking for in a Candidate:

  • Previous account management, client success, customer service, or related client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a varied, fast-moving role
  • Confidence communicating with clients, leadership, and internal service teams
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Comfort learning and working with technology, client portals, CRM systems, and reporting tools
  • Experience in managed services, IT, technology, or business-to-business services is helpful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and support strong, long-term relationships
  • Conduct client check-ins and coordinate follow-up on feedback, questions, and service concerns
  • Support client retention, renewal communication, service recovery, and exit interview activities
  • Develop client communications, newsletters, service updates, onboarding materials, and educational resources
  • Help clients understand and adopt Workplace services, tools, and client portal resources
  • Create and maintain client-facing guides, presentations, forms, and internal documentation
  • Gather and analyze client feedback, service trends, satisfaction results, and retention risks
  • Share client insights and recommendations with leadership and internal service teams
  • Coordinate client-related initiatives across departments and ensure follow-up items are completed
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, communication, service delivery, and internal processes
  • Support special projects, pilot programs, and other client experience initiatives
