ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
North American Truck & Trailer, a leading Midwest Kenworth Dealership, with locations throughout the Midwest, is looking for a full-time accounting associate in its corporate office in Sioux Falls, SD. This position’s primary responsibilities will fall within accounts payable and financial statement preparation. We are an exciting and fast- growing company. Come join our team.
Specific duties are as follows:
- Obtain accounts payable vendor invoices from the various dealership locations and ensure they are coded accurately and received timely
- Input accounts payable invoices into accounting software and pay the invoice.
- Prepare monthly sales tax filings
- Assist with preparation of monthly financials
- Other duties as assigned by the Controller
Interested candidates should have good communications skills and teamwork mentality.
Interested candidates must have 2 years of accounting experience with both accounts payable and financial statements.
