Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with numbers? Join PIPESTONE as an Accounting Specialist and play a key role in supporting our financial operations while helping drive informed business decisions across our organization.
In this role, you'll assist with:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Bank, Credit Card & General Ledger Reconciliations
- Sales Order & Purchase Order Processing
- Month-End & Year-End Close Activities
- Financial Analysis & Reporting Support
- Process Improvement Initiatives
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong attention to detail
- Enjoys analyzing data and solving problems
- Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Is proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Works well independently and as part of a team
