Job Title: Admin Assistant /Receptionist

Reporting To: Clinic Directors/Doctors

Location: Brandon, SD

ChiroSport is a busy multidisciplinary clinic seeking an organized, timely, and dependable person to fill our part time/full time admin assistant/receptionist position in our Brandon location. We are looking for the right person to help handle the front-line administration responsibilities with excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication at our fast paced clinic. Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary:

  • Greeting patients with a smile, answering phones, scheduling new and existing patients, collecting payments, etc.)

  • Entering charges to be sent to insurance companies.

  • Entering information into Sunrise including patient’s general information, insurance information and diagnosis codes.

  • Insurance verifications and answering patient’s questions regarding insurance benefits and coverage.

  • Keeping up with patient flow (checking patients in and out and rooming patients).

  • Scheduling advanced imaging studies and faxing/requesting medical records).

  • Enter patient information into ChiroTouch.

  • Printing notes and charges for patients as well as other facilities requesting records.

  • Completing sales transactions for in office sales.

  • Taking messages for chiropractic assistants and doctors.

  • Filing charts and other records in patient’s charts.

  • Balance daysheets.
