Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!

Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual looking to be a part of a dynamic team? Custom Structures of South Dakota LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in Tea, SD. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of meetings and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of documents and reports.
• Perform data entry and update records as needed.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
