Job Description

DM Management, LLC is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of a professional licensing board. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while supporting a respected professional organization serving South Dakota professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process license applications, renewals, permits, and records
  • Maintain licensee databases and organize records
  • Communicate professionally with applicants, licensees, and stakeholders
  • Assist with board meetings, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents
  • Manage incoming communications including email, phone calls, and mail
  • Support daily office operations and customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with website and online portal updates as needed

Qualifications

  • Administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
