Job Description
DM Management, LLC is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of a professional licensing board. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while supporting a respected professional organization serving South Dakota professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Process license applications, renewals, permits, and records
- Maintain licensee databases and organize records
- Communicate professionally with applicants, licensees, and stakeholders
- Assist with board meetings, agendas, and meeting materials
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents
- Manage incoming communications including email, phone calls, and mail
- Support daily office operations and customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with website and online portal updates as needed
Qualifications
- Administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
