Job Title: Administrative Coordinator-Front Office Support
Independent Living Choices is looking for a full-time administrative assistant for our Sioux Falls office.
Position Overview:
ILC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will requires exceptional multitasking abilities. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls while handling a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, maintain focus and accuracy under pressure, and demonstrate strong prioritization skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment while providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Must have professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to maintain organization of their workspace.
- Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner while adapting to changing demands.
- Applicants that have PC skills, experience with a phone systems, inventory, spreadsheets, and documentation is preferred.
Benefits:
Hourly wage ranges from $18-$22 per hour. Wage will be dependent on qualifications and experience. This position offers excellent job flexibility, paid time off, health/vision/dental Insurance, and 401(k) is provided.
