M.H. Eby, Inc.- a leading manufacturer of aluminum trailers and truck bodies is looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Support Team at our Blue Ball, PA sales and service facility.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description:
Provide administrative support to our growing sales staff including invoicing, title work, and general customer service duties.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Complete billing and delivery paperwork for retail customer purchases
- Assist customers with equipment financing applications
- Complete customer title work and ownership documents
- Invoicing for truck body fleet customers as assigned
- Filing, scanning and maintaining customer product files & digital records
- Back-up support for receptionist
- Sort and distribute mail daily
- Other projects and duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
Experience Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of standard office equipment (copier, scanner, etc.)
