Working Hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Job description
The Administrative Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The incumbent will communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Assist the Branch Manager with other administrative duties and special projects.
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skill requirements
- Proven administrative or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Prefer English & Mandarin
