**We are currently hiring for the following position:**

**Administrative Assistant**

*Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.*

*Full-Time Position*

*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM*

**Job Description:**

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting our managers and employees through a variety of organizational and communication tasks. You will be the vital link in our communication chain, ensuring that all administrative responsibilities are executed with precision, quality, and timeliness.

**Responsibilities:**

- Professionally and courteously answer and direct phone calls.

- Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems with meticulous organization.

- Assist the Branch Manager with various administrative tasks and special projects.

- Order and manage office supplies efficiently.

- Keep accurate and updated contact lists.

- Provide exceptional support to visitors.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support our team’s success.

**Skill Requirements:**

- Proven experience in administrative or assistant roles.

- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking.

- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary would be a plus.
