Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with planning meetings and events, including arranging for catering, booking locations, and distributing information.
Arranging travel, hotel, car reservations, and preparing travel itinerary.
Order and maintain all office supplies.
Maintain calendars and schedules.
Compose and distribute correspondence.
Provide administrative support to senior management.
Greet visitors, answer questions, and direct them to correct team member.
Handle phone system and ensure effective communication within the office.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years administrative experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail.
Ability to make decisions and resolve problems independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
