This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit - where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.
Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do - Execute tasks relating to administrative support with minimal supervision in line with existing policies and guidelines
- Act as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone, email, and reception. Take action (answer, sort, etc.) and assess issue urgency.
- Assist leadership team with scheduling, maintaining calendar, travel arrangement and any clerical support
- Organize and schedule meetings; take minutes and be proactive with action items as needed
- Research, compile and issue special reports, financial data, presentations etc.
- Provide financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices. Provide information by answering questions and requests within the organization and team
- Arrange business-critical internal/external events, including itineraries, accommodation, registration, etc
- Assist with receiving and shipping department to manage incoming and outgoing post
- Greet and support visitors by managing visitor logs and access badges.
- Perform any additional clerical duties as required by management
What makes you a good fit - High School Diploma/GED required; Associates degree in related field preferred
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment reporting to multiple stakeholders
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Self-starter with outstanding hospitality & organizational skills
- Possess professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion

The salary for this role is $45,000.00 - $60,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
