Job Description

Frisbees, Inc., an industry leader in HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical since 1960, is currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities include front-of-office duties, such as answering incoming calls and greeting customers, as well as general clerical duties, including typing up proposals. Additionally, a willingness to take on tasks as needed by other office staff is required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate should have a great attitude and excellent customer service skills.

They will possess a record of proven reliability and a desire to work in a busy office environment.

Candidate must be able to key a minimum of 70 wpm and be PC proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong attention to detail, with good organizational skills

Interpersonal and communication skills

Able to operate in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Willingness to learn new software and take on new tasks as assigned.

WAGE AND BENEFITS FOR POSITION INCLUDE:

Starting wage is $22, dependent on experience
