Job Description

Are you someone that enjoys a variety of work, organization, and being around people? If so, we’re looking for a detailed, team-oriented Administrative Assistant who enjoys working alongside others to support our daily operations and help keep our office running smoothly.


The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the firm’s operations, staff, and workplace culture. This position requires a reliable, organized individual who enjoys a variety of tasks, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in creating an efficient and welcoming office environment.


Here's what you’ll do:

  • Assist with incoming phone calls and welcoming visitors as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members and leadership.
  • Coordinate office luncheons and assist with other internal events.
  • Assist with planning and organizing company gatherings and staff activities.
  • Support employee recognition efforts, including tracking milestones and coordinating gifts.
  • Manage office supplies, company materials, and branded merchandise.
  • Coordinate conference registrations, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
  • Support facility and vehicle maintenance coordination, including preventative upkeep, licensing, and registrations.
  • Partner with team members to assist with dictation and documentation of project punch lists.
  • Run occasional company errands and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Help coordinate community engagement activities as applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office products.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Possess great interpersonal skills (listening, diplomacy, responsiveness).
  • Be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a professional work ethic.
