JC Ramsdell Enviro Services is a specialty construction company that sells and installs geomembrane containment systems throughout the United States. We are looking for a responsible, self-driven assistance to perform a variety of administrative, personal and clerical tasks for management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Scheduling and managing appointments and travel coordination
- Manage social marketing platforms and project management platform
- Supporting management with tasks relating to crew personnel and office personnel
- Assist and monitor multi-state fillings in various jurisdictions
- Learn industry standards and regulations to help support business needs
- Shipping and receiving support
- Assist with accounts payable and receivables
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
Confidentiality
High level of organization
Dependable
Proficiency is MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven person that is able to learn and implement new tasks
Accounting experience preferred, not required
Job Type: Full-Time
The position is onsite in Flandreau, SD with a 35-40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
