The Operations Team member responsibilities include: administrative, clerical, customer relationship management documentation, spreadsheet management, directing incoming calls as part of the incoming phone call rotation, customer service phone/email, and maintenance of databases. This position is part of the overall Operations team supporting our salaried Advisors, our nationwide footprint of businesses and individuals, as well as the overall business needs of HFG. The position is onsite in Sioux Falls SD, with a 40 hour work-week between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday, and one hour off each mid-day for lunch/personal time.
