Job Description

Our office is now hiring for an Administrative/Legal Assistant, which includes Receptionist duties.  Full-time position including paid holidays, personal time off, health insurance, and 401k.  Schedule preference is Monday – Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.  Friendly office environment.    

Successful applicant must be highly organized with experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe.  Prior office experience is preferred.  Position available in January 2026, if not before.

Duties include:  answering phones, greeting clients, maintaining calendars/scheduling meetings, preparing documents (specifically deeds), opening/closing files, placing lunch/treat orders, ordering office supplies, organizing deliveries, digital filing/scanning, apparel orders, event planning and support, and other office support assistance.  You will serve as our receptionist and will open and close the office.  You will be at our front desk and be the first person people meet when they arrive.
