SCHEDULE: Onsite, Full-time, 40hours, Monday- Friday; Flexible hours

SALARY: Non-Exempt, Dependent on experience and qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Administrative Support role provides essential support to the team through filing, scheduling, and general administrative functions. This position assists staff and families with completing required components of the training, assessment, and licensing process while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and partners. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, providing general information, and connecting individuals with appropriate team members. This role also greets on-site visitors, determines the nature of their needs, and ensures timely communication with staff. The Administrative Support maintains professional boundaries in all interactions and follows established protocols for building safety, emergency notifications, and after-hours procedures.

This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operations and advancing the LSS mission.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a High School Diploma, or GED, plus one to two years of related experience.
  • Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one and obtain approved driver status.
