Job Description

We are seeking experienced electronic assemblers for a well-respected local company. These positions are fantastic for those interested in light manufacturing at an advanced level.  

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  1. Work directly from prints and/or assembly instructions
  2. Hand assemble, solder and inspect product
  3. Test circuit boards and/or final product
  4. Package products
  5. Other duties as assigned

POSITIONS OFFER:

  1. Schedule 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - Monday-Friday (Regular mandatory OT)
  2. Schedule 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM, Monday-Thursday (Regular mandatory OT)
  3. Compensation: From $12/hr. 1stShift and from $12.50/hr. 2nd Shift, DOE; Skills based merit reviews at 6, 12 and 24 months
  4. Benefits: Full benefits package upon hire by client.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience: 4+ Manufacturing, assembly experience preferred; good work history required
2. Education: High School diploma or equivalent
3. Skills: Good hand-eye coordination, English written and verbal communication skills
4. Attributes: Self-sufficient and quality-oriented personality
5. Physical: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, performing repetitive assembly tasks
6. Tests: Acceptable skills, background and drug screen results
