Aflac Benefits Enroller

Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
- Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to demonstrate the value of Aflac.
- Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
- Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Active health and/or life insurance license (required).
- Proven industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
