Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for after school program
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play
• Supervise and engage with children during indoor and outdoor activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the overall well-being of the children
• Monitor and assess children's progress and developmental needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and connect with children of varying ages and backgrounds
• Patient, nurturing, and reliable individual with a passion for teaching
• Must meet state licensing requirements for childcare providers
