Join us as a Part-Time Site Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire—where you’ll lead after-school programs, mentor a team, and help shape young futures.
Your Role:
- Create Unforgettable Experiences: Plan and lead fun, educational, and arts-based activities that inspire learning and growth.
- Foster Growth: Support youth in a safe, structured environment that promotes academic success and personal development.
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise staff to build a team culture of respect and positivity. Maintain a safe, organized space and guide activities that encourage growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Preferred experience or education in early childhood development, elementary education, or related fields. Experience supervising staff is a plus. CPR certification required (training provided if needed).
- Skills & Abilities: Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Able to prioritize and work independently.
