Overview
We’re building something meaningful—and we need someone who can keep it running at a high level. As our Agency Operations & Client Services Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the business: driving daily operations, elevating client experience, and supporting a growing team of benefit consultants.
What You’ll Own
- Oversee day-to-day agency operations, ensuring systems, processes, and workflows are executed consistently
- Manage client service experience from onboarding through ongoing support
- Support and organize a team of benefit consultants (training logistics, scheduling, accountability)
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs and issue resolution
What You Bring
- Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without things slipping
- Professional communication skills—both with clients and internal teams
- Experience in insurance, benefits, or a service-driven industry (preferred, not required)
- A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to fix
