Agronomy Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agronomy Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Southwest Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone passionate about agriculture, who thrives on building strong relationships with growers and delivering tailored crop production solutions.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Develop and maintain relationships with area growers to understand their needs and recommend agronomic solutions.
- Promote and sell crop inputs including seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.
- Provide agronomic support through field scouting, soil sampling, and data analysis to improve yields and profitability.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and products to offer the most effective recommendations.
- Collaborate with operations staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Understanding of crop production systems, precision ag, and ag technology tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
