Locations: Pipestone, MN & Brandon, SD
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights? PIPESTONE is looking for an Analytics & Digital Platform Specialist to help drive data-informed decisions, optimize digital platforms, and support strategic business initiatives across our organization.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics summaries for leadership and business teams
- Analyze customer, employee, website, and communication performance data
- Manage ongoing data audits to ensure accuracy and data quality
- Create impactful visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools
- Oversee employee and customer surveys, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
- Maintain website content, user access, and digital platform performance
- Collaborate across departments to improve reporting efficiency and user experience
- Support CRM, email marketing platforms, and digital communication systems
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with CRM platforms, reporting, and data management
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence tools
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
