Dakota Wesleyan University is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to serve as the Annual Giving and Alumni Associate. Applicants should be passionate about higher education, fostering alumni engagement and making a meaningful impact. This position plays a vital role in advancing the institution's mission by facilitating support from DWU alumni and friends. Responsibilities will include planning and implementing annual giving activities, engaging alumni through various channels, coordinating fundraising events, and collaborating with the marketing department to showcase the impact of a DWU education.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree - DWU alumni are encouraged to apply
Individuals must have excellent relational, communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Previous experience in fundraising is beneficial, but recent graduates eager to jump-start their careers are welcome to apply
Must possess a broad institutional perspective and have a demonstrated commitment to the mission of DWU and the values of learning, leadership, faith, and service
